Chef Charles Imondi, CMB, is originally from Rhode Island.
He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales Culinary School, (1978).
He was a culinary instructor for the Cranston school system
in Rhode Island and later chef instructor at Gulf Coast Community
College in Panama City, Florida. Chef Imondi has appeared
on numerous cooking shows on many television stations and
is a food columnist for the Panama City newspaper, The News
Herald.
