We bake all our crusty breads in our hearth deck oven, the only one of its kind in Northwest Florida. It features three shelves of oven space lined with masonry stone, nine feet deep and seven feet wide, steam injected for outstanding crust development. Individual loaves often take 48 hours to produce thus allowing proper aging to develop outstanding flavor and character.

All of our breads are made from scratch and we feature well over 22 kinds throughout the year. We use all natural ingredients including fresh sours that we feed and nurture every day! Most of our breads contain just flour, water, salt and a little yeast. The majority has no added fat or sugar relying only on the addition of flavorings like olives for Greek Olive Bread or Pesto for our Pesto Bread. Many times just the way the bread is handled, shaped, aged and baked can give us unique changes in taste, eye appeal, and ultimately variety.

Hearth varieties include:

Tuscan - Italian - Ciabatta - Red Pepper - Greek Olive - Prosciutto Gorgonzola - Pesto - Jalapeno Parmesan - Lemon Dill - French Baguette and Sour Dough.

We also bake several kinds of soft varieties including:

Focaccia - Soft Dinner Rolls - Muffaletta - Bread Bowls - Rye - Pumpernickel - Whole Wheat - Sour Dough - Cinnamon Raisin - Orange Brioche - Kaiser Rolls - French Bread - Italian Hoagies - French Pistollet and French Bread.

COOKIES

All of our gourmet cookies are made from scratch using the finest ingredients available. We use fresh dairy butter, pure cane sugars, imported chocolates, the finest nuts and fruits available and we even hand crack all the eggs we use!

Because we do not use any preservatives, our cookies rely strictly on natural resources for shelf life and keeping quality such as sugar and honey.

Many of the Chef's recipes are family oriented, particularly the Italian varieties.

All our cookies are sold by the pound to assure more accurate pricing.

We ship our cookies all over the United States in two (2) pound cookie tins. And they are featured in our online store. We try to ship them the same day we receive the order unless it's a long weekend and the U.S. Mail is not operating. Most shipments arrive to their destination in two (2) business days.

We accept orders by phone, fax, and mail or by this web site. We accept all major credit cards!

Christmas is our busiest time so we suggest you order as far in advance as possible for Christmas week delivery! Our cookies make a fine gift for any occasion so why not "bake someone's day today!"

CAKES

Our cakes are all made with the finest ingredients available and as our reputation tells us our cakes are not only beautiful to look at but a thrill to taste! We attribute this to careful preparation in baking and assembling as close to customer pick up time as possible. Since our icings are all made from scratch no chemical after taste is present and all of our cakes and tortes have a great mouth feel and the moistness is sure to impress!

OUR BEST SELLERS: PHOTO CAKES.
We can take any photo you may own and put it on any cake in full edible color via a special computer and printer that prints in food coloring. Original photo is returned to our customer.

REDUCED SUGAR CAKES
We can help our diabetic friends by making cakes with less sugar. We use our regular cake but finish with fresh fruit and no sugar added fruit fillings and whipped topping.

All our cakes require just 24 hours notice unless special sculpturing is required or flower/ornaments must be ordered.

SPECIALTY CAKE

When your event requires a centerpiece, Chef Imondi and staff can create a 3-dimensional cake to WOW your guests!
